Correction of the course grade submitted due to error or omission
Basis of Grade Correction
Article 32 (Grade Processing and Confirmation of Regulations of Course Operation, Shinhan University
- The committee reviews the grade submitted by the professor in charge and approved by the president.
- If a correction is necessary after the grade is confirmed, an objection should be submitted to the committee for deliberation. Correction can be made only if any valid reason exists.
- If a student wants to correct the grade due to error in description or omission, it can be adjusted upon the approval of the President.
Period of Grade Correction
- Within the period of prior noticed period of appeal and correction during the grade processing period

Log-in Integrated Information System and Check the grade
Inquiry to the professor
Professor's confirmation on the grade correction
The final grade will be confirmed after the deliberation of the Grade Committee.
Students can check the grade after the course evaluation is finished.
