Since the establishment of the Shinheung Institute in 1960, the University has laid the groundwork for the country's early development through education in the health care sector that Korean society needed most at the time and subsequently responded to the demands of the times such as engineering and commerce. Also, with the recent global business, the University is trying to develop into an educational institution, actively responding to the changes of the times. With the rapid progress of the international environment to the 4th industry, the University is expanding the horizons of practical studies in higher education in Korea to meet the demands of the top value-added service industry.
